We're going to work with customers on an individual basis to make sure the transition goes as smoothly as possible for those who wish to migrate. Much of the timeline for this transition has been out of our hands. Any customer with credit can request to have it migrated to Better Voice. Because our billing methods are different, the nature of the credit will also be different, but we will do our best to make sure you are happy with the exchange.
