Menu options are like "extensions" in traditional phone systems, except much more powerful.
There is no limit to the number of options (extensions) you can have in a Menu Action.
You can nest menus however deep you want!
We encourage you to keep it simple, but you could have them 4 leves deep if needed.
Use the menu action to create a company directory. Ex: Press 1 for Sue and 2 for Bob.
Combine with Forward Actions to send the caller to other numbers based on their selection.
If the caller doesn't press a key or select an option, you can provide a default option that they will be directed to.
