All of our local numbers are SMS enabled! Send SMS messages from our app or from our website. You can also configure your numbers to automatically reply if certain text strings are received.
You can also automatically send text messages from your voice menus. For example, you can have a phone menu that says: "Press 1 to receive an SMS with a link to my listings website" and our system will automatically send the caller the message.
You won't find phone numbers that can send and receive Text Messages at other online phone system providers! We recognize that many people today prefer to talk to you via text messaging and we do everything we can to facilitate that.
With Better Voice, all of your SMS messages will be searchable and archived so you always have a record of that conversation with the customer. Our SMS messages can also be exported as notes to the customer reference in your CRM!
